Legs

So far I really like this B-1 leg work out. Its Kick But! I'm trying to work hard on my legs. Ive been looking at some of the photos on the Forum and they look pretty good. I've got 9 months to step it up.

Leg press   2 warm ups 3x8/540,540,540
Stiff leg bar   2 warm ups 3x8/185,185,185
Squats   0 warm ups 3x15/185,195,195
Walking lunges   1 warm up 2/10/2-40lb. db
Calf raises 2 warm ups 2x20/185,195

I guess 185 & 195 are the magic number tonight.

I can't wait to do chest & arms tomorrow it looks awesome!
