Chest & Biceps

Start: 7:30

Had a good workout tonight. I deviated from our normal workout plan. I jumped in with a couple of guys tonight at the gym, I hope that was OK?

Slight incline bar press 2 warm ups 1x10/195 drop 50, 1x8, drop 50, 1x12
                                                     2x8/165   drop 20, 2x6, drop 50, 2x6
Incline DB 2 warm ups 1x10/60, 1x8/50 -1st set
                                    1x10/50, 1x8/45, 1x10/35 -2nd set
                                    1x10/50, 1x8/45, 1x8/35, 1x15/25 -3rd set
Flat fly's 1 warm up 1x15/40, 1x12/40, 1x10/50

Incline DB curls 2 warm ups 3x6/40 drop 3x5/25

Cable curls 1 warm up 3x10, 8,8/65

1 arm preacher curls 1 warm up 1x12/30
 
35 min of cardio
