Chest & Arms

Start: 8:30




Great night of lifting! I started the second round of section “B” yesterday on legs and tonight on chest & arms. What a great work out. I could really feel a good pump in the chest and arms, nothing like it! I just love this stuff!!

Slight incline Bar press 3 warm ups (with db) 3x5/135, 145, 155
Pushups 4 sets to failure
Flat bar X reps 0 warm ups 3x12/120, 130, 140
Barbell curls 2 warm ups 2x6/85, 95
Triceps push downs 2 warm ups 2x6/80, 90
Rope curls 2x12/50, 65 SS
Lying db ext. 2x12/65, 65 (I used barbell)

Looking forward to back & shoulders tomorrow!
