I worked out at the gym today. I go there to use the leg press so I stayed and did my work out there. It really went well! I also used the leg press to do calves, which was great.
Leg press 2 warm ups 1x8/450, 2x8/540
Stiff leg bar 2 warm ups 3x8/205, 215, 225
Squats o warm ups 1x10/255, 2x15/265, 275
Walking lunges 2x10/20
Calf raises 2 warm ups 2x20/270
