Back & Hams

Start: 8:00

Good night in the gym. lower back is a little sure for stiff leg deads the other day so I took it easy on the dead lifts. Other than that worked hard!

Lat pull over   2 warm ups 3x8, 7, 6/160
Dead lifts   2 warm ups 4x8/250
Bench rows   1 warm up 3x10/35, 45, 45
Straight arm pull downs   0 warm ups 3x12/50, 55, 55
Leg curls 2 warm ups 3x10/70
Stiff leg DB (laid off for tonight, will hit it next week)
Abs 3 sets of 20 lower & 3 sets 20 upper
