Delts & Triceps

Good night. Felt real good, had a solid workout!

Seated bar press 2 warm ups 4x8,8,6,6/125
Seated side laterals 1 warm up 3x10/35
Front raises 1 warm up 3x12,10,10/35
Triceps press down 2 warm ups 3x10/80
DB extensions (lying) 1 warm up 3x12, 12, 10/25
1 arm underhand press 1 warm up 1x12/25
 
Got in 35 min cardio.
