Chest & Biceps

Start: 6:30

Got in a good work out tonight. Shoulder feeling a little better, so I'm hoping to start to increase the weight a little in the press!

Flat db press 2 warm ups 4x8,8,7,7/160(2 80's)
Slight Incline DB press 2 warm ups 2x10,10,9/60
Incline DB fly's 1 warm up 3x12/45
Hammer curls 2 warm ups 3x6/50(move up to 55's next week)
Close curls 1 warm up 3x10, 8, 8/85
1 arm cable curls 1 warm up 1x12/35
 
Got in 30 minutes of cardio as well>
