Seated bar press 2 warm ups 4x8/115
Seated side laterals 1 warm up 3x10/30
Front raises 1 warm up 3x12/25
Triceps press down 2 warm ups 3x10, 9, 8/75
DB extensions 1 warm up 3x12/25
1 arm underhand press 1 warm up 1x10/30
Did cardio in the morning!
