Back & Hams

Start: 3:30

Work out went well. Once I figured out the exercise I did good. I really like this back program.

Lat pull down under   2 warm ups 3x8/160
Bent over rows   2 warm ups 3x8/155
Dead lifts  2 warm ups 2x10/250
Close rows (low)   0 warm ups 3x12/125
Gluts hams  0 warm ups 4xFailure (I like these a lot)
Leg curls   1 warm up 1x12/60

Looking forward to tomorrow!! Delts & Triceps!
