Chest & Arms

Great work out! I really like this C-2 program. Worked extra hard tonight on chest & arms need to gain a little size in the arms I think. Used barbell in place of db, I don’t have enough weight in db to do flat press. I’m really enjoying the work outs there great!

Flat barbell press 3 warm ups 1x6/185, 2x5/185
In db press 1 warm up 1x10/55, 2x8/55
Flat db fly 0 warm ups 1x12/35, 1x12/40, 1x10/45
In db curls 2 warm ups 1x6/35, 1x6/40
Close Press 2 warm ups 1x10/135, 1x8/135
Con curls 1x12/30, 1x10/35 SS
Db kick backs 1x12/25, 1x12/30 SS

Went really good, worked it hard!
