I had a strong workout today. After yesterdays show, legs is a key if you want to have a chance.
Squats 3 warm ups 3x10/235, 245, 255
Leg extensions 1 warm up 3x6/150, 160, 170
Leg curls 2 warm ups 2x10/60, 70
Standing curls 2x10/30 (was having a little trouble with lunges, tender I-band so I did standing curls)
Calf raises 2 warm ups 2x20/215, 225
I’ve got a lot of work to do!!!
