OK, had my first little set back. Strained an I-band on my last set of leg press. Had some issues about a year ago, but I'll be OK. Other than that, it was great workout. I love HOT days when the sweat gets going.
Leg press 2 warm ups 2x8/540, 1x8/630 (strained an I-band)
Stiff leg bar 2 warm ups 3x8/195, 205, 215
Squats 0 warm ups 3x10/195, 205, 215 (laid off a little)
Walking lunges 1 warm up 2x10/25
Calf Raises 2 warm ups 2x20/205, 215
Now a little ice and we’ll be good!
