Chest & Arms

Another late night! This has got to stop!lol  My wife’s Birthday was today and we had all the kids here for a party. Work out went SUPER tonight considering it was so late. I feel like I’m getting stronger and even adding a little size in some areas. Still need to work real hard on biceps. (All over actually) Having a whole lot off fun though!

Flat BB press 3 warm ups 2x6/185, 1x6/195
In db press 1 warm up 1x10/55, 2x9/55
Flat db flies 0 warm ups 2x12/35, 40, 1x10/45
In db curls 2 warm ups 2x10/35, 40
Close grip press 2 warm ups 1x10/135, 1x9/135
Con Curls 2x12/30, 35 SS (these are one of my favorites)
Db kick backs 2x12/30, 35 SS
Going GREAT, loving every minute of this,
