Great chest & biceps work out tonight. Pushed myself tonight to get a little heaver weight on the chest. Also on the close curls. Felt really good afterwords. I must have missed posting my last chest workout. I couldn't find it on the blog.
Flat DB Press 2 warm ups 4x8, 8, 8, 6/85
Slight Incline DB 2 warm ups 1x10/70, 1x8/75
Incline DB fly's 1 warm up 3x12/50
Hammer curls 2 warm ups 2x6 ,5/60, 1x6/55
Close curls 1 warm up 3x10/95
1 arm Cable Curls 1 warm up 1x12/30
Got in 35 min of cario, ran out of time.
