Started: 8:00
Had a really good night at the gym. Stayed concentrated stayed good to form. small increases in weight but they were increases. Felt real good.
Seated Bar Press 2 warm ups 4x8, 7, 6/115
Seated Side Laterals 1 warm ups 3x8/35
Front Raises 1 warm up 3x10/35
Triceps Press 2 warm ups 3x8/150
DB Extensions 1 warm up 3x12/80
1 Arm Underhand Press 1 warm up 1x10/30 (finished up with a set of dips to failure)
Got in 40 minutes of cardio
