Had a really strong workout tonight. I find when I just push it a little I can do the weight. I'm going to step up the pace and make some bigger gains if I can.
Flat DB Press 2 warm ups 3x6/90, 1x5/95
Slight Incline DB 2 warm ups 2x8/75
Incline DB fly's 1 warm up 3x10/55
Hammer curls 2 warm ups 3x6/55
Close curls 1 warm up 3x8/105
1 arm Cable Curls 1 warm up 1x10/35
Got in 40 min of cario
