I got the ok from the Dr. to start to work through the shoulder pain. I not to do anything above shoulder height for one week. The shoulder is still a little tender so I'm working my way up in weight. Over all I had a great work out!
Seated DB Press 2 warm ups 4x10/55
Seated Side Laterals 1 warm ups 3x10/20
Front Raises 1 warm up 3x12/20
Triceps Press 2 warm ups 3x8/115
Push downs 1 warm up 3x10/72.5
1 Arm cable KB 1 warm up 3x10/20
Had a great cardio workout as well!!
