Legs

I'm out of town again this week so is my blogging seems confusing its because I'm blogging when I can get on to my computer. Really great leg workout. Had to find a gym to work out in but it pretty nice.


Leg Extensions 2 warm ups 3x12/210
Squats 2 warm ups 2x8/310
Leg press 2 warm ups 3 sets at 810x10 (drop 180), 630x10 (drop 180), 450x10 (drop 180) 270x10 immediately do a quick 15-20 with feet close together low and on your toes.(that's 1 set)
Split Squats 0 warm ups 3x12/95
Calf raises 3x20/190, 2x20/210
