Start:9:00

Had a really good workout tonight. Started a little slow on chest, the shoulder still hurts a little. It also hurts to do curls if I use to much shoulder, I guess that's a good thing forces you to use more biceps. Coming along good though.

Slight Incline Bar Press 2 warm ups 4x8/155
Incline DB Press 2 warm ups 3x10/55
Flat Fly's 1 warm up 3x12/50
Incline DB curls 2 warm ups 2x6/40
Cable curls 1 warm up 3x10/60
1 arm Preacher Curls 1 warm up 1x11/30

Did 40 minutes of cardio!
