Chest & Biceps

Start: 8:30


Had a great night working out. Felt real good! Moved up in a couple areas and thought I would stay the same in a couple others. Macros were good today.


Slight incline bar press 2 warm ups 4x8, 8, 7, 6/165
Incline DB 2 warm ups 2x10/50
Flat fly's 1 warm up 3x12/45 (didn't think I would get 3 sets of 12 with the 45. proved myself wrong!)
Incline DB curls 2 warm ups 3x6/40
Cable curls 1 warm up 3x10/65
1 arm preacher curls 1 warm up 1x12/35


Good workout and working hard to get rid of this mid section!!
