Delts & Triceps

Start: 7:30

Great night, up my weight and still hit my max in most cases. Felt strong! I also used Jacked for the fist time.
I had it from before I started with you so I thought I'd try it. I will be ordering some All-Out & All in One this week end.


Side laterals 2 warm ups 3x8,6,6/35
Bar shrugs 2 warm ups 3x10/175
High incline DB press 1 warm up 3x10/50
Dips 0 warm ups 4/failure
Rope Press downs 1 warm up 3x12,11,10/50
Reverse Press Downs 1 warm up 1x12/60

Did 30 mins of cardio and 3x20 ab work out.
