Chest & Biceps

Start: 7:00

Worked out at the gym tonight so I could use heaver db"s. I had a good workout and like the change up to the C-1 program. I like working with the DB's its a nice change!


Flat DB press 2 warm ups 4x8/75
Slight Incline DB press 2 warm ups 2x10/55, 60
Incline DB fly's 1 warm up 3x12/45
Hammer curls 2 warm ups 3x6/50
Close curls 1 warm up 3x10, 8, 8/85 (I'm assuming these are close grip curls w// a curling bar?)
1 arm cable curls 1 warm up 1x12/30
 
Also got in 25 min of cardio. I'll also go back in the morning for 30 min. arobic & ab workout.
